Merrill Tool & Machine utilizes advanced waterjet cutting technology to be a reliable partner for producing precision two dimensional shape cuts to customer specific CAD files, blueprints and digital files including:

Cutting

Merrill Tool provides precision cutting to +/- 0.005”, detailed designs can be cut from one square inch to more than 10,000 square inches, in nearly any material. We can produce custom inlays, decorative tile, granite countertops, corporate logos or etched patterns to create an exact replication of the original design.

    The waterjet can cut material from 1/16 inch to 8 inches thick.
